Venelin Fotev
A characteristic of his art is his preference of stylization of the natural forms and the pure symbols, coming from the ancient times. The use of geometries in the spatial scheme of his works, the plastic reproduction of relief, the laconic interruption of color provides special monumental reading to his compositions. According to their impression, they seem like broken parts or fragments of an impressive monumental ensemble, which have acquired a new meaning and impression, when their author pre-exposed the same in the abstract space of his imagination.
